Income to Mortgage conversion: How much house can you afford?

Most buyers realize that, before going shopping for a new home, they need to be pre-approved by a reputable lender. Whether a bank, credit union or mortgage broker, the financial lender should do a proper credit check and offer the prospective buyer a “Pre-Approval Letter”, showing the fact they are pre-approved, and possibly even stating the maximum dollar-value of the mortgage.

Winnipeg REALTORS® October Market Report (Audio podcast)

Audio Podcast of Winnipeg REALTORS® Market report for October 2014 WinnipegREALTORS® experienced its fourth busiest October on record. It had over 1,100 MLS ® sales which is 5% higher than the ten-year average for October and only 7% off the best October months in 2007 and 2013.
