Over the past week, I’ve developed a couple of real estate apps for home buyers, sellers and owners. These tools are totally FREE, and contain no ads. Best of all they are super easy to download and install, as both are ‘progressive web apps’. This means that they are available straight from the web (no app store required) and work equally well on most types of phones, such as Android, I-phone, and windows phones.
2 new real estate apps
AMP Stories App
The first application simply produces AMP-stories. These are short, informative and super-fast loading video-stories filled with helpful hints and tips for buyers and sellers. This tool is available only as a PWA (progressive web app) and available by clicking this button here. (You must be reading this article on your phone)
Full Functioning Real Estate App
The next real estate app is much more functional, and great for home buyers, sellers and even owners who want to update their homes. This tool is currently available in Google Play Store as an Android App, AND also available as a PWA for all other phones. Real estate apps should serve a number of functions. Here are some of the main features of this one:
This will be updated over time, but currently already includes 60+ local professionals who can help the home buyer, seller or owner in a variety of areas. Including lawyers, renovation specialists, mortgage professionals, as well as personal and business services such as hair salons, promotional products, chiropractors and massage therapists.
Home Buyer Tools
A variety of tools and aids to help home buyers, including a mortgage calculator, a ‘rent vs buy’ calculator, land titles transfer tax calculator, active listings, articles for buyers and more.
Active mls listings, house for sale and condos for sale, open houses and much more. Articles filled with tips and advice for home buyers, housing market updates, etc. All to help you in your real estate search.
Podcast and Youtube Channels
Contains audio podcasts and videos relating to Winnipeg real estate without having to go look for them on the web. All right there in your own mobile application.
These sections and contents will grow over time, but it’s already a very useful tool for any Winnipeg real estate enthusiast, owner, buyer or seller. You can download the PWA version by clicking this button below. This works on any phone, including I-Phones and Androids
Google has just approved the Android version, which is now listed in Google Play Store, hopefully on its way to becoming the best real estate app in Canada. For your Android device, click on this button and install that version.
