The difference between a ‘customer’ and a ‘Client’
If you walk into an Open House or phone a real estate agent off a listing sign, you are a customer.
If you commit to working with ONE real estate agent in the search for (or sale of) your home, you become that agents' CLIENT.
The difference is in the amount of duties and care that you will receive. Purchasing or selling real estate is a major financial decision. You deserve to be treated as a Client![/vc_column_text]
