Home Buyers always ask:

How much will this home cost per month?

Over the next few pages, you'll find some sample mortgage payment charts.  These are based on a 25-yr amortization period.
The 'Amortization Period' is the total length of time it would take a home owner to pay off their mortgage.

Mortgage lenders most commonly offer periods of 25 or 30 yrs, although much shorter time periods are available.

The shorter the time period, the higher the monthly payment.  But also, the quicker you'll have finished paying off your house, and with less interest costs.

The following charts are all based on a 25-year Amortization Period.

Mortgage Payments @ 1.75% & 2.0% A.P.R.

  • Electricity & Water
  • Taxes
  • Heating Costs

  • Home Maintenance Costs
In don't forget the 'closing costs' involved in purchasing a home.
