Bo Kauffmann (Born 29 January 2961) in Dusseldorf, West-Germany. He emigrated to Winnipeg, Manitoba Canada on June 26th, 1974.
After graduating from High School, and a very brief stint in the University of Manitoba Engineering Program, he took a job as an electrical apprentice with the CNR shops in Transcona.
On January 5th 1981, Bo started his new career as a police officer with the City of Winnipeg Police Dept. After 24 yrs of service, he retired on January 15th, 2005.
During the fall of 2004, he finished the course by the Manitoba Real Estate Association, and upon his retirement from the police, Bo began his new career with RE/MAX performance realty in January 2005.
In 2006 he earned the designation of Accredited Buyer Representative (A.B.R.), denoting additional training, testing and education in the specialty field of home buyer representation.
In 2011, Bo Kauffmann earned the RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, given to agents who exceed a specified level of sales performance. (approx. $40,000,000 in real estate sold)
In 2019, he earned the RE/MAX Lifetime Achievement Award, denoting in excess of $120 Million dollars of sold residential real estate.
Bo is a ‘founding member’ of Manitoba Real Estate Association Shelter Foundation, and also donates yearly to this organization.
He is the official REALTOR® of D’Arcy’s Animal Rescue Centre, donating money and organizing yearly events in support of this animal shelter charity.
