A 10-year study, conducted by condos.ca, took a look at some facts and myths about condo fees.

Do brand-new condos have lower fees?  Do older buildings (with potentially higher maintenance costs)  have higher fees?  Do More Amenities = More Condos Fees?  Do you pay only once for a parking spot?

These statements and more were examined in the report and you may be surprised to find out what it says.
