On April 4th, 2020 there are 112 detached homes available and ready for occupancy. (This number does not include homes ‘to-be-built’ or ‘under construction’.)

Over the past 2 weeks, an additional 2 homes were SOLD, but in the $400-$500K range and both sold for less than full-asking price.
