Current available detached homes for sale in Bridgwater
On April 4th, 2020 there are 112 detached homes available and ready for occupancy. (This number does not include homes ‘to-be-built' or ‘under construction'.)
Currently, there are 5 homes that are conditionally sold, priced between $400K and $700K
Over the past 2 weeks, an additional 2 homes were SOLD, but in the $400-$500K range, and both sold for less than the full asking price.
Looking at the past month, we sold 15 homes in total….12 under asking, 3 over asking price (some of THOSE were newly built, so it is quite likely that the buyer added more options to the home, thereby increasing the price, ie; these are probably NOT bidding war scenarios).
Summary: Right now is a great time to BUY a home in this new and desirable neighborhood.
