Location
Close to Bishop Grandin and the St Vital Shopping Centre. Tons of restaurants, schools, parks around the area. Also, bus routes are right in front of the building, in case you dont have a car.
Prices
When first converted, 2 BR units were selling around $220,000 and one BR condos for $195,000. However, as usually happens, prices drop on these new condos, and you can now get a 1 BR with underground parking for around $160K, and a 2 BR starting for under $200K.
Bonus Info on 180 Beliveau Rd – Tower 180 Condos
I recently sold a 1 BR unit in this building and found that the reserve fund study seems to indicate that the building is in great shape. Relatively low condo fees include many of the required expenses, such as heat, hydro and water. The fact that prices have dropped, make this a great building to consider for your first home.
