This community minded subdivision is located on the east side of Lagimodiere Blvd (Hwy 59), just south of Bishop Grandin Blvd.
Sage Creek is one of Winnipeg's newer upscale neighbourhoods. The area has its own shopping centre, including Shoppers Drug Mart, Sage Creek Animal Hospital, as well as the Sage Creek Dental Centre.
